Landowner Partnerships

We partner with landowners through promotion agreements, helping them navigate planning permissions and the sales process. By facilitating direct sales of individual plots to self-builders, we secure a fee or percentage-based return, ensuring landowners receive competitive value for their land while self-builders can gain access to reasonably priced plots with planning and services.
