Data Notice: Fees are charged for joining and / or remaining on the Register. This has the effect of reducing the numbers on the Register overall and the duty on the Council. NPPG sets out the requirements when introducing that a Council should follow for such a restriction to be implemented and operated. Most Councils do not charge a fee.
