The largest agricultural roof anchors the cluster. Keep it broad and relatively low: its long stone frontage gives the surrounding lanes an edge, while the working yard leaves room beside the doors. Select The barn to inspect it.

Narrow houses share walls in short terraces, with staggered roofs and floor levels. Their fronts meet lanes that widen into working courts, while grass remains in some of the gaps. Pale render mixes with exposed stone.
