Planning Insights:
6 months at planning
Planning were very supportive of the design from the outset - they loved the contemporary design and thought it was very fitting in the local area. Given it takes inspiration from steadings which are usually formed from clusters of buildings, it is a design which sits comfortably in it's context in rural Norfolk. HebHomes' buildings are always low in form with simple detailing, so are very well suited to areas facing planning challenges. This house has won a local award, supported by planning.
